| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE) Endotoxin: ≤1EU/1ug (determined by LAL method). Rspo1, as known as R-spondin-1, is a member of the Rspondin family. It is an activator of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway by acting as a ligand for LGR4-6 receptors and in non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway by acting as an inhibitor of ZNRF3. Also, this protein induces the rapid onset of crypt cell proliferation and increses intestinal epithelial healing effect. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa21-265 from mouse Rspo1, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, was expressed in insect cell.
