| Description | GZMB / Granzyme B Antibody (clone GM4C1) LS-C24041. Recognizes granzyme B transiently expressed on the cell surface of transfected BOSC cells as well as the native protein in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Reacts with human granzyme B GrB), a 27kD serine protease which cleaves target-cell proteins at specific aspartate residues. Does not cross-react with the human granzymes A, K or M. |
