| Description | CD45 / LCA Antibody (clone OX-29) LS-C58591. The rat equivalent of human CD45 which is a major membrane glycoprotein of 180kD on thymocytes and 180-240kD on other leucocytes. Recognizes a monomorphic determinant present on all forms of the L-CA (CD45) antigen. Binds to the membrane distal two domains of CD45. |
