As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhFc/DPPIV monomer is approximately 120-130 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Asn 29-Pro 766) of the mature form of human DPPIV (NP_001926.2) was expressed with the fused Fc region of human IgG1 at the N-terminus. |
