| Description | Purity >99% by HPLC Heavy Metals: Less than 20 ppm . Selective protein kinase G (PKG) inhibitor (Ki values are 0.23, 4 and > 10 µM for inhibition of PKG, PKC and PKA respectively). Inhibits SNP-stimulated PKG activity (IC50 = 60 nM; dispersed smooth muscle cells) and has little effect on PKA activity ( > 10 µM). It remarkably inhibits the histamine-induced H1 histamine receptor downregulation. |
