A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |

| Description | Anti-Sheep IgG F(c) was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Sheep IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Sheep IgG, Sheep IgG F(c) and Sheep Serum. No reaction was observed against Sheep IgG F(ab). |
