| Description | This product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. This antibody reacts with human THRA protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with THRA from mouse, human and rat based on a 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with THRA from other sources has not been determined. |
| Immunogen | This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region near the amino terminus of human THRA isoform 1 protein. |
