A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with HDEL from Drosophilia, yeast, Saccharomyce, and Plants (Barnyard grass, beet, cotton, mung bean, sorghum, wheat) based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with HDEL from other sources has not been determined. Heat Shock and trafficking research. |
