| Description | This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human Endoglin / CD105 (rh CD105; Catalog#10149-H08H; Met 1-Gly 586; NP_001108225.1). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, the unreacted FITC was removed. |
