| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human LRP-1 Polyclonal. Detects 80 kDa, 50 kDa. Band at 80 kDa is a membrane spanning subunit, 50 kDa may be a degradation product. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-784 was sufficient for detection of LRP-1 in 15 µg of rat Kidney cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
