| Description | Recognizes both free polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and DNA adducts. In an inhibition assay, the binding of B1074A to BPDE adducts was inhibited by BPDE-1-DNA, BPDE-1-dG, BPDE-1 tetraol, but not by BPDE-II-DNA. |
