| Description | Recognizes the 45kD chain of a heterodimeric apoptosis related protein designated DFF (DNA fragmentation factor). DFF-45 is a substrate for Caspase-3, which cleaves the protein at two sites to generate factors that cause DNA fragmentation. Recognizes both intact DFF-45 and cleaved fragments at the C-terminus. |
