| Description | Sample Type: Serum Intended Use: This product can be used for the measurement of serum complement C3 content. Sensitivity: Reagent test lower limit ≤0.05g/L Range: 0.05-3.30g/L, judgment reference: r2≥0.990 Test Principle: C3 in serum forms antigen antibody complex with C3-specific antibody in reagent under a certain condition, and increase turbidity of solution. The turbidity of solution is proportional to C3 content in the serum under a certain amount of antibody. By measuring the absorbance values at specific wavelengths, C3 content in the sample can be calculated referring to the multi-calibration curve. Accuracy: Measured values are within the deviation range of quality control standard.
