Nocadozole has high affinity with Tubulin but little is known on the mechanism of binding. Studies have shown that Nocadozole binds differently to the various-Alpha/-Beta isotypes of Tubulin. By measuring the dissociation constants, with the given binding sites, a novel approach of therapeutic agents is under study. |
