The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 61 and 37 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the rat EPCAM (O55159) (Met1-Thr266) was expressed, fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
