It significantly alters the conformation and, consequently, the mode of interaction with the catalytic cleft of Rho kinase. Ca2+ antagonist and vasodilator. Also inhibits proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells. Both parenteral and oral administration of fasudil prevented the development of EAE induced by proteolipid protein (PLP) p139-151 in SJL/J mice. |
