The reduced monomer comprises 592 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 66 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the rat FGFR4/Fc monomer is approximately 110 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat FGFR4 (Q498D6) extracellular domain (Met 1-Asp 367) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
