| Product Name | Ces1g, Recombinant, Mouse, aa19-565, His-Tag (Liver Carboxylesterase 1) |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). CES1G, also known as liver carboxylesterase 1, is a member of a large family of carboxylesterases that are responsible for the hydrolysis of ester and amide bonds. CES1G shares the serine hydrolase fold observed in other esterases. It is a rat and mouse specific protein that is expressed predominantly in liver, but also in kidney and lung. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa19-565 from mouse CES1G, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~61.9kD (556aa) 50-70kD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.) Endotoxin: ~1EU/1ug (LAL) |
