| Description | TYRO3 Polyclonal Antibody. TYRO3 is an 890 amino acid membrane protein belonging to the protein kinase superfamily, Tyr protein kinase family and AXL/UFO subfamily, with two fibronectin type-III domains, two Ig like C2 type domains and a protein kinase domain. The receptor TYRO3, along with other receptor tyrosine kinases like Axl and Mer, form the Axl/Tyro3 family and play essential roles in spermatogenesis, immunoregulation, and phagocytosis. The kinase activity of all these three receptors is activated by the product of growth arrest-specific gene, Gas6.
