| Description | Recombinant Anti-Ang2 x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (Tandem scFv) is designed to be expressed as a scFv from an anti-Ang2 antibody variable domains fused with a scFv from an anti-VEGFA antibody variable domains. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. The BsAb exits as monomer in reducing and non-reducing conditions. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting two proangiogenics fators and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer (CRC); Solid tumors; Wet AMD (Age-related macular degeneration); Diabetic macular edema therapy. |
