| Product Name | ILK, Recombinant, Human, Western Blot Control |
| Description | Purified (SDS-PAGE). Integrin-linked kinase (ILK1) is a serine/threonine protein kinase, containing 4 ankyrin-like repeats. ILK1 interacts with the cytoplasmic domains of integrin beta1 and beta 3 subunits as well as several adaptors and signalling proteins and acts as a proximal receptor kinase regulating integrin-mediated signal transduction. ILK1 has been reported to regulate a number of biological properties including anchorage- independent cell cycle progression, tumor cell invasion and apoptosis. Over-expression of ILK1 has been documented in a wide variety of human malignancies. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa1-452 from mature human full-length ILK1, fused to 6x His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot as a control. |
