ApplicationsFlow Cytometry. This JARID1B antibody is useful for Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistryand paraffin embedded sections. In ICC/IF, staining of the nucleus was seen in HeLa cells. In paraffin, nuclear staining was observed in human breast cancer xenograft. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. Use in western blot reported in scientific literature ( PMID 23354547)
