| Product Name | ANXA8, Recombinant, Human, aa1-327, His-Tag (Annexin A8) |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). ANXA8, also known as Annexin A8, a member of the annexin family of evolutionarily conserved Ca2+ and phospholipid binding proteins. This protein is an anticoagulant protein that acts as an indirect inhibitor of the thromboplastin-specific complex, which is involved in the blood coagulation cascade. Where co-expressed in the same tissues, ANXA8 is often expressed at a 100-fold lower level than Annexin A5. However, ANXA8 is preferentially expressed in acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) cells which may relate to its role in hematopoietic cell differentiation. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-327 of human ANXA8, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~39.0kD AA |
