| Description | LRRFIP2 Polyclonal Antibody. LRRFIP2 belongs to the LRRFIP family. LRRFIP2 has multifaceted functions in innate immunity, apoptosis and development. LRRFIP2 can bind to MyD88 and positively regulate TLR activity as measured by NF-kB activity and cytokine production in macrophages. LPS stimulation also increases LRRFIP2 expression in macrophages. By interacting with Dvl, LRRFIP2 increases the cellular levels of beta-catenin and activate beta-catenin/LEF/TCF-dependent transcriptional activity. A dominant negative form of LRRFIP2 suppresses ectopic Wnt signaling in Xenopus embryos and partially inhibits endogenous dorsal axis formation.
