Description | Marginal Zone B Cells Monoclonal Antibody (HIS57), eBioscience™. Marginal zone B cells are an anatomical B cell compartment located in the spleen at the area between red and white pulp. Marginal zone B cells serve as a first line of defense against blood-borne antigens in a T cell-independent manner. Marginal zone B cells can also be phenotyped as B cells that are IgM high, IgD low, CD21 high and CD23 low. |
