Specificity: Biotin gp120 MN binds strepavidin(AP) and streptavidin(HRP) in ELISA and Western Blot assays. Biological Activity: Binds to solid phase CD4 as determined by capture ELISA using strepavidin(HRP) as a secondary reagent. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. |
