Synthetic GHRP-2 is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 6 amino acids, having a molecular mass of 746.9 Dalton and a Molecular formula of C42H50N8O5. Amino Acid Composition: H-D-Ala-D-2-Nal-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2 Dimers and Aggregates: Less than 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis. Protein Content: Protein quantitation was carried out by two independent methods: 1. UV spectroscopy at 280 nm. 2. Analysis by RP-HPLC, using a standard solution of GHRP-2 as a Reference Standard. Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized GHRP-2 in sterile 18Mω-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
