| Description | Purity ~90% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC Endotoxin: ≤0.1ng/ug. Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF) is a potent mitogen for keratinocytes and epithelial cells. Biological Activity: ED50 was determined by the dose- dependent stimulation of thymidine uptake by KGF-responsive BaF3 cells to be ≤10ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ≥1x10e5 units/mg.
