Description | CD103 Monoclonal Antibody (AX.14), PE. Integrin alpha E is a heterodimer comprising a 150kDa alpha chain and a 120kDa beta chain. It is a new member of the integrin family of leukocyte adhesion molecules containing the beta7 subunit. This antibody stains all the various subsets of human intra-epithelial lymphocytes (IEL) as well as 40% of lamina propria T cells, 30% of mesenteric lymphoblasts and some lymphocytes in other mucosae. This antibody labels less than 0.1% bone marrow cells and less than 0.7% PBL. |
