| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE, HPLC). Mouse Eotaxin shares many of the biological and physical characteristics of Human Eotaxin. This chemokine exhibits a high chemotactic selectivity for eosinophils and belongs to the b-chemokine family (C-C) of cytokines, along with chemokines such as RANTES, MCP-3, and MIP-1alpha. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse Eotaxin/CCL11, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 74aa, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~8.3kD (74aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
