| Description | CAS Polyclonal Antibody. CAS (cellular apoptosis susceptibility contains 971 amino acids with 59% overall sequence homology as compared to yeast chromosome segregation homolog, CSE1. CAS is highly expressed in testis and fetal liver. CAS expression in human fibroblasts increases as cells are induced to proliferate and decreases in growth arrested cells. |
