Product Name | GLYAT, 1-296aa, Human, His tag, E Coli |
Description | MW: 36.0 kDa (316aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF. Purity >90% by SDS-PAGE. GLYAT, also known as glycine-N-acyltransferase, is a mitochondrial acyltransferase which conjugates glycine with acyl-CoA substrates in the mitochondria. The protein is thought to be important in the detoxification of endogenous and xenobiotic acyl-CoA's. Recombinant human GLYAT protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. |
