This Neurofilament RT-97 antibody stains strongly with human neurofilaments of 200 kD. It stains neuromas, gangliomas, neuroblastomas and medulloblastomas. It also stains neuronal processes in brain and other nervous tissues. This antibody is useful to detect paragangliomas, phaeochromocytomas and other tumors of neuroectodermal origin. |
