| Applications | Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. This Neurofilament RT-97 antibody stains strongly with human neurofilaments of 200 kD. It stains neuromas, gangliomas, neuroblastomas and medulloblastomas. It also stains neuronal processes in brain and other nervous tissues. This antibody is useful to detect paragangliomas, phaeochromocytomas and other tumors of neuroectodermal origin. |
