The binding of GH toits receptor causes dimerization of two growth hormonereceptors (GHR), which, in turn, initiates the signal transduction in the cell.Recombinant Human GH-20K produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 177amino acids and having a molecular mass of 20.3 kDa.GH-20K is purified by proprietary chromatographictechniques.
