| Description | Purity >98%. Cyclosporin B is a minor cyclopeptide metabolite produced by T. polysporum and other deuteromycota with diverse biological activities. It inhibits the growth of T lymphoma cells in a concentration-dependent manner. It is toxic to mosquito (C. pipiens ) larvae (LC50 = 3.0 µg/ml). Cyclosporin B also inhibits P-glycoprotein (P-gp) activity in vitro with an IC50 value of 4.7 µM. |
