The reduced monomer consists of 548 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 67.1 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rh IL1RL1/Fc monomer is approximately 85-95 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human IL1RL1 isoform 2 (NP_003847.2) (Met 1-Phe 328) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
