Specificity determined by immunoprecipitation from detergent extract of 35S methionine labeled cells. No cross-reactivity to beta 1 or beta 3. Recognizes an epitope on the cytoplasmic domain of the protein, and it is thus intracellular. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, hamster and rat. |
