Consistent with caspase-dependent apoptosis; the pan-caspase inhibitor Q-VD-OPh quantitatively blocks the loss in cell viability and cellular blebbing. Raptinal is also found to induce death against various cancer and non-cancerous cell lines with 24 hour IC50 values |
