| Description | DEXI Polyclonal Antibody, Cy5 Conjugated. • Target Background: DEXI is a 95 amino acid protein belonging to the DEXI family. Induced by dexamethasone, DEXI is expressed in brain, liver, pancreas, placenta and lung, with highest levels in heart. DEXI is also up-regulated in emphysematous lung compared to normal lung. The gene encoding DEXI maps to human chromosome 16, which encodes over 900 genes and comprises nearly 3% of the human genome.
