A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Avian Influenza Hemmagglutinin 4 with virus based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Avian Influenza Hemmagglutinin 4 from other sources has not been determined. |
