| Description | Purified. ≥95% by SDS-PAGE. Eotaxin is a member of the beta (C-C) motif chemokine family of inflammatory and immunoregulatory cytokines. Eotaxin is a potent and selective chemoattractant for eosinophils, but not monocytes, lymphocytes or neutrophils and is primarily produced by epithelial and phagocytic cells. Description: Recombinant corresponding to aa24-87 of human Eotaxin expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. |
