| Description | Purified (SDS-PAGE). Eotaxin/CCL11 is a member of the beta (C-C) motif chemokine family of inflammatory and immunoregulatory cytokines. Eotaxin is a potent and selective chemoattractant for eosinophils, but not monocytes, lymphocytes or neutrophils and is primarily produced by epithelial and phagocytic cells. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa24-87 from mature human Eotaxin, fused to 6x His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot as a control. |
